Overall, MOA pay in Ontario is slightly higher than the national average.

But in Ontario, the top MOAs earn more than $68,000.
HOW MUCH DO MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANTS MAKE IN DIFFERENT ROLES?
MOAs have a number of career options. They can work in hospitals, public clinics, and private clinics. They can also take on roles as unit clerks in hospitals and other large facilities.
Typically, unit clerks focus on clerical tasks like registering patients, scheduling tests and appointments, updating charts, and managing supply inventory.
An MOA role can be very similar, but it might also include clinical responsibilities like measuring vital signs and helping during minor medical procedures.
